General Information

These terms apply to all heating and plumbing services provided by ProHeating to residential customers in Berkshire and Hampshire.

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices include parts and labour unless otherwise stated. Additional work discovered during the job will be quoted separately.

Booking & Payment

A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking. Full payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed.

Late payment charges apply at 8% above Bank of England base rate on overdue amounts.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours). Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Refunds for completed work are not available once materials have been ordered or work commenced.

Warranty

All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Parts carry manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and may require photographic evidence.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the works performed. We are not liable for consequential losses or damage to property beyond our control.

All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers to current safety standards.

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice (see separate page). We collect only necessary information for service provision and invoicing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
